This property is exceptionally stylish, decorated with hardwood floors, antique furniture and featuring a balcony which provides panoramic views of the local park. The property is occupied by the landlord and his mother, and you will be sharing 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and washing machine.

The apartment is located in a shared complex with a swimming pool and tennis court in a pleasant residential neighbourhood. The Hospital Saint-Luc and the American University are within a short walk, and you can also easily access the metro and bus to travel into the city.
