Rooms are available to rent in this huge apartment for rent on Avenue Richard Neybergh in Laeken. The apartment is split over the 3rd and 4th floors of a building, with 4 rooms on each floor. Each floor also has a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The lower floor also has 2 small living rooms, one of which has a TV, and a separate toilet room. There is also a dining table on each floor. The rooms are all very spacious. On the lower floor they have high ceilings and large windows, whilst on the upper floor, they are under the roof, so have lower ceilings and smaller windows, but have amazing views of Brussels.
You will be living in Laeken, a suburban district of the city, in the northwest. Don't worry though, the whole city is in easy reach, with metro and train station entrances practically outside your front door. Also right outside the apartment you can find a couple of local cafes and restaurants, plus a Colruyt supermarket.

- The rooms in this apartment are all very large, attractive, and well decorated.
- With 2 spacious kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and 2 full bathrooms, over 2 floors, you shouldn't ever feel cramped!
- Transport to the rest of the city is easy from the stations outside the door.
- As well as a Colruyt supermarket, you can find a lot of useful stores nearby.
