Rooms are available to rent in a charming, 90 m², 3-bedroom apartment with a terrace situated in Uccle. The apartment is exceptionally elegant, decorated with vintage furniture and high ceilings. There is a cosy living room with an enormous sofa and original fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen which has everything from an oven to a dishwasher.

This apartment is situated on Avenue Emile de Mot in Uccle, a neighbourhood in the south of Brussels. The local area is calm, and has a village-like atmosphere and a friendly sense of community. Uccle is a mainly residential district, home to many families who are attracted by its beautiful parks. With Wovandael Park and the Verrewinkel Woods, this is a perfect place for those who want to escape the chaotic city centre.

  • The apartment is decorated in a vintage style with elegant and traditional furnishings that lends the property lots of character.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • This is a great neighbourhood for music lovers - in summer, concerts are held in the local Parc de Wolvendael.
