There is a cozy living room which opens up to the furnished terrace. The kitchen and dining room have an open layout, separated by the kitchen breakfast bar. There are no full bathrooms to share, but there are 3 shower rooms, 2 toilet rooms, and the bedrooms have their own private sink.

The house is located in the residential neighborhood of Laeken. This suburb is considered to be one of the nicest areas of Brussels – home to the Belgian Royal family. The apartment is very well-connected to the city by bus, tram, and metro.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, a lot of counter top space, and a breakfast bar.
  • The dining room has a very colorful and elegant round table.
  • There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and folding space.
  • There is a garage for bike storage.
  • The house is about a 5-minute walk to two different metro stops.
