Located next to the University of Saint-Louis, Brussels, this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment offers 3 fully furnished rooms for rent. Ideal for students or for young professionals who need easy access to public transportation, the rooms all come with double beds and the only shared amenities are the kitchen and the bathroom, the latter of which is divided into the shower room and toilet room. The apartment is in Brussels city center, within walking distance from the Brussel-Noord Station and the beautiful cultural center, Botanique, is right across the street.
What we liked the most
- All utilities come included in the price.
- The apartment is extremely well-connected by public transport: there are two metro stations within a 5 minute walk and Brussel-Noord Station is a 10 minute stroll.
- Students of University of Saint-Louis Brussels will benefit from having the shortest walk imaginable, as the campus is located right next door!
- The modern kitchen has modern furnishings and comes with a wide range of amenities, including an oven, coffee maker, and microwave.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment building has a common laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
