Three rooms are available for rent in a shared 3 bedroom house, located on Avenue de la Couronne, just a short walk from VUB and ULB Ixelles campus - perfect for students. The 80m2 house also consists of a shared toilet room, shower and sink area, as well as a open plan kitchen, a luminous living area with a dining table and access to the back garden. Along with Etterbeek train station, you will live nearby several bus and tramway stations and can easily reach the city centre in 25 minutes.

What we liked the most
- This house is just a short walk from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Universite libre de Bruxelles.
- The open plan kitchen is equipped with many appliances, including a small oven, two sinks and a microwave.
- We love the spacious and luminous living area, furnished with seating units, a dining table and a large storage unit.
- The house also has a terrace with a garden where you can enjoy spending time with your flatmates.
Things to keep in mind
- The toilet, shower and a large sink area are all located separately.
- Please note that the washing machine is currently broken, however, you can wash and dry your clothes in a nearby launderette.
