All room types come fully furnished with a single bed and provide a comfortable stay for those looking to live in a peaceful and well-connected area of Brussels. Divided over three levels, this residence is ideal for students as it offers the perfect balance of privacy and social environment.

In the surrounding area, Auderghem, you can find numerous parks as well as an elegant atmosphere. The Woluwepark and the Parmentierpark are within walking distance and there are plenty of transportation lines, shops, and restaurants nearby.

What we liked the most

  • Metro station Hermann-debroux is a 6 minute walk. From here, you can take line 5 directly into the city center of Brussels.
  • The residence is located right next to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
  • An 8 minute walk will take you to the beautiful Parc Domaine du Val Duchesse Hertoginnedal, where you can take a relaxing walk or go jogging.
  • The kitchen, which comes equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and two refrigerators, is perfect for cooking meals which you can share with your hall mates in the common dining area.
