This residence hall on Rue Jolly, in Schaerbeek, has 3 different types of apartment to rent. This residence has a communal patio/garden which is a great place to spend time in summer.

Each apartment is fully furnished and has a set of twin beds, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. All properties are decorated with stylish furniture and modern amenities.

The residence is located in Schaerbeek, north of the city centre. This multicultural neighbourhood has beautiful cherry tree lined streets, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars.

What we liked the most

  • Schaerbeek is well connected by public transport and one of the city's main train stations is within walking distance.
  • The apartments are very tidy and stylishly furnished throughout.
  • The building is equipped with central heating.
  • The kitchens are compact but well equipped to cook.
  • You have access to a shared garden, where you can get to know your neighbours.

How to book
