This is a mid-terrace 4 storey halls of residence in the north east of Belgium city centre. It is in easy walking distance of Saint-Louis university, just 10-minutes away - perfect for students.

The halls cover 4 floors of building, with 4 types of rooms available to rent. There are 11 rooms in total, plus other shared areas including kitchens and bathrooms. Some bedrooms are equipped with a private shower, but all rooms are furnished with single beds, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a small fridge and a private sink. The shared areas are all well-maintained and fully equipped, and there is plenty of space for tenants on each floor to interact without being cramped.

Living here gives very close access to Brussels' botanical gardens and the university campus, plus the rest of Saint Josse, including a wide range of restaurants and other amenities.
