This is a residence with 5 different types of semi-independent rooms available for rent. There is a total of 40 rooms spread over 4 floors. The residence has an interior and exterior side, but both sides are calm and relatively quiet. While there is no communal living room or shared kitchen, there are plenty of inexpensive restaurants and bars nearby where you can hang out with your housemates. This is a comfortable and affordable option for meeting like-minded people whilst living near the very centre of Brussels.

This residence has a choice of small, medium and large semi-independent rooms. Some come with private showers, and all have their own kitchenettes. No bedrooms have private toilets, but there are shared toilets on the ground floor. All rooms have recently been renovated, and they are painted in bright colours and filled with natural light.

The residence is located on Rue de la Constitution in the popular Schaerbeek neighbourhood. Université Saint-Louis can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, and you can get to Brussels North train station in 10 minutes. Just 2 minutes away, you will find the Chaussée de Haecht, a busy street which is home to several bars, restaurants and cafés. You will be living near many supermarkets including Aldi, Carrefour and a Colruyt supermarket.

What we liked the most

  • August is free if you stay for 11 months! Check landlord policies.
  • This residence is affordable and comfortable - the rooms have recently been renovated.
  • Every room has its own kitchenette.
  • You will be living just 15 minutes from Université Saint Louis.
  • The city centre is about 25 minutes from your front door, and Brussels North train station is nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no shared living room or kitchen, but each room has its own kitchenette.
  • There are no laundry facilities in the residence, but there is a launderette just around the corner.
  • The rooms do not have toilets, but there are shared toilets on the ground floor - 8 cabins for boys, and 8 cabins for girls.

Room type A is a small room with a single bed. Type A rooms do not have showers, but they do have kitchenettes. No rooms have private toilets, but there are shared toilets on the ground floor. How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
