This recently renovated residence hall on Rue Berckmans, Saint Gilles has fully furnished rooms to rent and is equipped with central heating throughout. There are 6 different room categories, and common amenities include a large kitchen, garden, and lounge. With 33 rooms over 6 floors, this huge 800 m² residence hall will be a fantastic place to meet new people!

Located close to Porte de Hal, and a short public transport ride form the city centre, this location will make a convenient base to explore Brussels. The Palais de Justice and Palais d'Egmont are located nearby, and you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The shared lounge will be an ideal space to socialise.
  • The common kitchen comes with all you need to prepare your meals.
  • The neighbourhood offers plenty to see and do.
  • There are numerous public transport options nearby, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • Most rooms have ensuite bathrooms, but some room categories share a bathroom that is located on the 6th floor.
  • The room does not have its own toilet, with facilities shared between other students.

How to book
