There are rooms available for rent in a shared, 11-bedroom house in Brussels, close to public transport, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and two beautiful parks: Parc des Sources and Parc de Woluwe. The property is located on Avenue Charles Thielemans in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, a picturesque and safe residential district situated approximately 5km east of Brussels City Centre. Using public transport, you can reach downtown in about half an hour. The property also has a pleasant common area featuring a full kitchen and a living area where all residents can get together to watch television or share a meal.

What we liked the most

  • The common kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and comes with a dishwasher.
  • Adjoining the kitchen there is a shared living space with a dining table, two sofas and a television.
  • There is also a terrace equipped with a table, providing a pleasant outdoor space to socialise with other residents.
  • Rent includes a cleaning service.
  • The house is located in a nice residential neighbourhood in Brussels, within close proximity to public transport.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no washing machine in the apartment, but you will find a laundromat nearby.
  • The room for rent can sleep only one person.
  • The kitchen is located on a basement level and is shared with other tenants.
