A modern and bright ensuite studio apartment is available to rent to students or postgraduates only in the Brussels city centre. The studio, which is 25 m² and has a private bathroom, is part of a residence hall near the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Brussels.

The main room has everything students might need, including a comfy single bed, a huge desk, a chest of drawers, a large, floor-length mirror, a built-in closet, and plenty of storage and shelving space. The bathroom is immaculately clean, and it has a large shower.

In the common areas of the residence hall, you'll find a shared living room or lounge space, a kitchen, a dining room, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. In the kitchen, you'll have all the essentials, including a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, and a microwave. It's a perfect home away from home!

The best part? You'll be right in the exciting Brussels city centre! The residence hall is just a few minutes' walk from all of the most famous landmarks and monuments in Brussels, as well as excellent shopping, dining, and public transportation. What's not to love?

What we liked the most

  • Rooms are available in a residence hall, which means you'll be surrounded only by other students. Cool!
  • The bathrooms are ensuite.
  • There's a huge window in the studio, as well as a big, floor-length mirror.
  • The property is located in the very centre of Brussels. Fun, fun, fun!
  • There is a shared laundry room, kitchen, living room, and dining room in the building. You won't be missing any conveniences!

How to book
