With a floor area of 90 sqm over two levels, this spacious flat can accommodate a couple, with more than enough space for two people to live comfortably. It features an open plan kitchen and living area, the terrace and one bathroom on the lower level, and a cozy bedroom with a double bed and storage space on the upper level. The apartment is located on Defacqz Street, in the upscale neighbourhood of Ixelles, featuring some of Brussels most elegant boutiques and best restaurants. If you enjoy walking, you can make your way to Brussels City Center and the Universite Libre de Bruxelles by foot from the flat, or alternatively you can catch the tram, stopping only five minutes away.

  • The gorgeous terrace is equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect to entertain friends and family.

  • The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and has a dishwasher.
  • In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and a dryer to take care of your laundry.
  • There is a desk with a lamp in the living area where you can study, work or simply sit back with your laptop and check your emails.
