Located on Rue des Pelicans in the city center, this sunny and modern 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features wood floors throughout and a spacious kitchen, dining and living area with an open floor plan. Sliding glass doors let in a lot of light and lead onto a balcony with a beautiful view of a quiet pedestrian street. The bedroom offers ample storage and peace and quiet, as it faces an interior patio. There is a bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate washroom with a toilet. Additional amenities include underground parking (for an additional charge of 150€), cleaning service, a flatscreen TV, and a common laundry room with washer and dryer. Rue de Pelicans is centrally located and within walking distance of Brussel's most famous attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • This modern apartment has underground parking (for an extra fee) and easy access to the city's public transportation.
  • Despite the central location, the apartment faces a pedestrian street and is very quiet.
  • The apartment is fully serviced, so you do not need to worry about leaky faucets, broken light bulbs.

How to book
