This unique 2-bedroom apartment to rent in Ixelles is on the 5th floor and has three levels. With multiple windows forming a semi-circle around the open-concept living area, you get a spectacular neighborhood view. The apartment is stylishly urban. The kitchen is cozy, but fully equipped. A double bedroom (with a private balcony) and a modern bathroom (with a shower) are also located on this level. A spiral staircase leads to the main bedroom, which has a fantastic ensuite bathroom and a mezzanine living space overlooking the bedroom suite—all under a high dome ceiling.

Ixelles neighborhood is southeast of Brussels City Center. It’s a fabulous area that’s close enough to downtown that you can walk there in a half hour. Of course, it has its own charm, and lots of things to see and do. Luxembourg Square is a great spot to people watch, and so are the numerous cafés and restaurants. If you enjoy art, Wiertz Museum is a must. It’s 3 minutes away. And nature lovers can get their fill at Leopold Park. It has a lake and is a 10-minute walk away.

  • You’re pretty close to downtown.
