This terrific 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Chaussée d'Alsemberg is on the 1st floor. There are two levels. On the first level is a toilet room and U-shaped kitchen. It’s equipped, has a counter table with stools, and it’s open to the modern living room. The entire space overlooks a calm, furnished garden terrace. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms. The larger one is sunny and has a cozy chaise. The landlord can provide a double bed for the other bedroom. And along the corridor, there is a laundry room, another toilet, a shower room, and a bathroom.
If you enjoy quiet residential neighborhoods, Uccle is ideal. It’s south of the city center and away from the hustle. Green space is everywhere. Wolvendael Park is nearby and there are a few additional larger parks that aren’t far, either. Forest National concert hall hosts sporting events and concerts. It’s 15 minutes away. A theme park, auction house, and the Uccle Cultural Center are also within walking distance. Everything you need is on your street, including restaurants and shops.
What we liked the most
- You have access to a fabulous large and furnished garden terrace.
- There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilet rooms.
- The 2nd bedroom is being used as a dressing room, which is cool. The landlord can provide a double bed, though.
- The number 51 tram line gets you to the nearest Metro in 15 minutes.
