This 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue du Dam is ideal for professionals and post graduates. It has wood floors, high ceilings, and sunny windows. The comfy living area is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, sideboard, TV, and sofa with a chaise. The kitchen is cozy and fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. It also includes a dishwasher. The bedroom, which faces the interior courtyard, is quiet. It’s also spacious with a double bed and large wardrobe. The bathroom, which has a shower, is also spacious and modern. Better yet, it includes a washing machine.The toilet is in a separate room.

Brussels city center is the place to be. It’s hopping with cafés, bars, and restaurants. Popular sites are within walking distance. And you don’t have to go far to shop! During the day, you can check out the Vanhaerents Art Collection, visit Chapel Church, or the Museum of Costume and Lace. All are within a 10-minute walk from your new home.
