This bright 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue Sans Souci, Ixelles, has several large windows throughout, which let in a lot of natural light. This 80 m² property features a living room, separate dining room with a small balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Located in a mostly residential area, this property gets all the benefits of close proximity to the city without all the noise. The Musée d'Ixelles is just a 2-minute walk away, and the Emergence gym is another 5-minutes. The nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, and it is just a 15-minute bus journey away from the heart of Brussels

What we liked the most

  • The living room is very spacious and well-decorated, equipped with a large sofa and the television.
  • The dining room has a large table and chairs, as well as a fireplace. The balcony can be accessed through this room, and overlooks the interior patio.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
  • The bedroom is very large, and has space which can operate like a small study.
  • The bathroom is ensuite and is equipped with a large shower, toilet, sink and mirror. There is another toilet separate to this.
  • This property is outside of the noise of the city, but has very good connections which makes it super quick and easy to get there.
