Stylish 2-double bedroom apartment on Rue Gerlache, Etterbeek, with lovely separate bathrooms is 80m², and has many large windows letting in lots of natural night. This up-to-date apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with many appliances, and covers all your home living needs from relaxing on the comfortable couch with the flat screen TV for your entertainment, to dining with guests with the large dining tale seating 6. There is also a balcony opening up from the living room with a view of the neighborhood from the 3rd floor.

This apartment is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, with convenient travel opens nearby. A perfect location for students as university campuses are close by. You will never be bored with several bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

What we liked the most

  • There is a separate room including a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
  • The apartment has beautiful polished wooden floors.
  • Being on the third floor there is an elevator available for your needs.
  • There is a large and handy coat bay in front of the entrance.
  • If you take a 20 minute walk you will find yourself at the popular Cinquantenaire Park.
