This spacious open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances you will need, and dining and lounge area with a comfortable couch and TV, surrounded by contemporary features. This property also has a Terrance to walk out to from the lounge. There is a main and en-suite bathroom to make for more comfortable living.

This apartment is located in a relaxed area and central neighborhood of Brussels, close to the city centre. You will also be close to university campuses, ULB and VUB, various shopping needs, and very central to public transport to take you to where you desire. If you take a 20-minute walk you will find yourself at the popular Cinquantenaire Park.
