This 3-bedroom apartment on Avenue de Roodebeek, in Schaerbeek, covers a spacious 100 m² and is beautifully decorated. The fully furnished property has a large open plan kitchen and living area that opens out onto a balcony with lovely views. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub.

The apartment is located in a diverse and well-connected area, just 3 minutes from a supermarket. The stunning Parc du Cinquantenaire is a 12-minute walk away, and you will find shops and restaurants within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The washer-dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa, television, and a dining table for 6.
  • The large balcony covers the whole length of the property.
  • There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
  • David the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
