This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rue d’Une Personne is an ideal downtown apartment. There is a small vestibule as soon as you walk into your new home. One door leads to a room with a toilet. To the left is the bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and a large window. To the right of the door is an open-plan living space. It has a comfy feel and is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs and a round 4-seat table. There is a lovely balcony off of the living and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is set back from the area. It’s an economical U-shaped space with ample cupboards and a dishwasher. There isn’t a washer and dryer here, but the building does have one for tenant use.
You’re new home is smack dab in the Brussels city center. This is the ideal home base from which to start exploring. In this part of town there are museums practically around every corner. If you have a sweet tooth, living only 4 minutes from the Musée du Cacao et du Chocolat might be dangerous! Although there are many restaurants nearby, you might want to stop at the Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert during the day. You can grab a bite to eat here, and then go shopping at the boutiques along this gorgeous pedestrian arcade. At night, you can catch a movie at the Cinéma Aventure, which is a 3-minute stroll away, or attend a performance at one of the theaters or concert venues nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious, has a great atmosphere and a balcony too!
- The Anspach Shopping Mall is only 3 minutes from your home.
- There are 20 or more restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
- Only 14 minutes away, you can slip into Brussels Park for a peaceful walk or just to sit and enjoy a book.
