This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Werfkaai is very bright and very spacious. The main living area is open-concept. When you walk into the room, you’ll find the modern kitchen partially hidden behind a low wall. The room has a large window, and after cooking your meals you can dine at the 5-seat table. The living space is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair and a unit with a flat screen TV. In the kitchen area you’ll find a door that leads to the laundry room, which has a washer and a dryer. Both bedrooms are spacious and have access to a wonderful balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. The bathroom has a double sink and tub, and there is a separate toilet room as well as a walk-in storage closet.

There is so much to do in Brussels City Center that it might leave you spinning! If you can handle the excitement, you’ll love the neighborhood, though. You really are at the heart of the action here. The area directly around your new home isn’t hopping with cafés, bars and restaurants, but start exploring the streets and you’ll find a multitude of them. If you prefer eating at home, then you can pick up your groceries at the Aldi Supermarket. It’s a 10-minute walk across the canal. During the day you can explore historical sites like Béguinage church, which is also 10 minutes away. At night you have your pick of performance venues, which include the Royal Flemish Theater just around your block.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is bright and airy and both bedrooms have access to a balcony.
  • Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll discover at least 3 theaters.
  • UGC De Brouckère is an art deco style cinema located 10 minutes away.
  • There are numerous museums and historical sites within walking distance.

How to book
