A sunny 1-bedroom apartment with a gorgeous terrace is available to rent near ULB University in Ixelles. The property has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the cozy, white sofa, or enjoy a meal at the large dining table. The bedroom is also bright and spacious, with a double bed and a standalone wardrobe.

The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a washing machine, and a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom is practical, with a large, walk-in shower and some shelving space under the sink. Outside, you'll also have access to a beautiful terrace—the perfect spot for a beautiful, spring garden!
