This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Avenue des Eperviers, in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, is 80 m² and has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. The charming living area opens out onto a terrace with stunning panoramic views, and there is 1 modern bathroom.

The apartment is located in a tranquil and well-connected area, just 7 minutes from Hankar Metro station. Vrije Universiteit Brussels is within walking distance, and you can also get to the lovely Parc de Woluwe in 12 minutes on foot.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment receives plenty of natural light.
  • The terrace has a table and 2 chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the views.
  • There is central heating to keep you comfortable during the colder months.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a sofa, television, and dining table.
  • The bathroom is modern and nicely tiled.

  • You will find a supermarket nearby.
