This elegant 1-bedroom apartment on Avenue Terre-Neuve, in Brussels City Center, is beautifully decorated and opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and there is also a charming living area with a dining table, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, just 8 minutes from the Grand Place, and 2 minutes from Bruxelles.Chapelle train station. This vibrant area will make a fantastic base to explore Brussels with shops, cafes, restaurants and the best the city has to offer within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • The terrace has a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors.
  • The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a half-refrigerator, stove top, and oven.
  • The bedroom has a large wardrobe with mirrored doors.
  • David the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
  • You can access trains, buses and trams nearby, so travelling around the city is a breeze.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is in a common laundry room.
  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
