When you walk into this 3rd floor 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Avenue Legrand, you’ll notice the gorgeous wood floor and the bright and spacious open area. The living room is furnished with a large sofa bed, shelving, a round 4-seat dining table and a flat screen TV framed by a faux fireplace. To the right of the front door is the entrance to the bedroom, with en-suite shower room and toilet and just off the living room is a cozy equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. At the opposite end of the living space are large windows, as well as a big and relaxing terrace where you can enjoy a meal at the 2-seat table overlooking the interior patio.

For those who enjoy a lot of green space, Ixelles is an ideal neighborhood to live. There are 3 parks near your apartment, although Bois de la Cambre is by far the largest. Located just 3 minutes away, it also happens to be the closest. Although you aren’t in the downtown core, it will only take you 20 minutes to get to the city center by public transportation. However, the Free University of Brussels is only 15 minutes away, and you’ll find a number of restaurants, cocktail bars and night clubs nearby. If you want to stay in and have a romantic meal on your new terrace, you can pick up ingredients at the Carrefour market just 8 minutes away!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has beautiful wood floors, a relaxing modern vibe and a fabulous terrace!
  • If you enjoy the theater, you can take a 7-minute walk into Bois de la Cambre, where you’ll find one.
  • There are some fabulous eateries and bars near the university.
  • You’ll find a department store and supermarket within an 8-minute walk away.
