As you walk into the ground-floor unit, you find the spacious open-plan area that combines the living and dining room with a large equipped kitchen tucked behind a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is an additional dining table where you can enjoy a formal meal for 4, and a comfy sofa bed where guests can stay the night. The apartment is bright, with a spacious bedroom, and you have full access to the building’s laundry room, which has a washer and dryer.

Your apartment is located in the European Quarter, which is perfect if you're looking to be close to the seats of the European Parliament and the European Commission. However, living here won’t be all work and no play. Just 5 minutes away you’ll discover the Ambiorixsquare, which is a park with a beautiful garden and ponds. The larger Cinquantenaire Park is a 12-minute walk south, and here you can visit a couple of popular tourist sights. Shopping isn’t far, either. In fact, there is a small grocery store next door.
