This building has all of the amenities you could need, and is still relatively close to the city centre by bus or metro. Tucked away in a cute residential area, you'll find this bright 1-bedroom apartment. It's an affordable price and decently sized for a maximum of 2 tenants, meaning it's great for couples. The kitchen is fully-equipped for at-home dining, and the living space features a sofa bed and television, great for hosting guests or enjoying some downtime. The apartment has a gorgeous, 12 m² terrace and the bedroom boasts a double bed and big windows which look out onto the park below.

The building and its surroundings are something of a selling point. It features a large tennis court, children's play area and park for enjoying the nice weather and some exercise. It also has a beautiful, large swimming pool, a sauna, as well as a tanning area, if that's of interest to you. For the price of this apartment, you really get a lot of bonus features that are all included in the rent!

The area of Woluwe Saint Lambert is quaint and residential, making for a peaceful and quiet living arrangement.
