This 1-bedroom apartment on Avenue de la Brabançonne, European Quarter, is 70 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The property is very luminous, and has an equipped kitchen, tidy tiled bathroom, and a balcony with lovely street views.

The apartment has an excellent location, right by Park Square Ambiorix and a short walk from the European Parliament. You will find shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, and the area is also very well connected by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including pots and pans.
  • The apartment receives plenty of natural light.
  • The bedroom has good storage space.
  • Beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire is located nearby.
  • There is a cafe right in the corner of the apartment.
