This large 1-bedroom apartment on Avenue de la Brabançonne, City Center, covers a generous 110 m² over 2 levels and is beautifully decorated. The stylish open plan kitchen and living area is on the main level, and you will find an ensuite bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor.

The apartment boasts a fantastic location, close to the European Institutions and the city centre. Beautiful Park Square Ambiorix is right around the corner, and larger Parc du Cinquantenaire a further down the road.

What we liked the most

  • The slanted ceilings and skylights add to the overall charm.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
  • There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a microwave.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm during the winter months.
  • Elena the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
  • There are numerous restaurants nearby.
