This charming 2-bedroom apartment in Ukkel is the perfect place for rent. The apartment features a living area with a sofa, a dining table, a large TV and the balcony which overlooks the streets. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, microwave plus a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment also has a spacious balcony, which you can access from both the living room and the kitchen, that has seating and a table where you can relax on a warm day. Bedroom 1 is the larger room with a double bed, a large wardrobe with full-length mirrors, a chest of drawers and a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a single fold-out sofa bed, with storage and a small private balcony overlooking the courtyard.

It is located in a calm neighbourhood close to the Bois de la Cambre, a park designed in 1861 to look like a natural landscape. There is no subway but there are tram, busses located on Avenue Winston Churchill. Within walking distant, you have access to bakeries, shops, pharmacies and resturants.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located next to a great park and golf club.
  • It is spacious and has a large balcony with great outlooks.
  • There are several transport options nearby, so commuting to the centre will not be a problem.

  • TV and WiFi must be contracted by the renter.
