This bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex apartment has everything you need to settle in to your Brussels life. Fully furnished and with bills included it's ready for you to move in right away. The living area on the lower level is spacious and features huge windows on both sides, giving lots of natural light and room to socialise. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Modern stairs lead to the bedroom on the upper level which features two large skylights and slanted ceilings.

The apartment is located on Rue Kerckx, in the Ixelles area of central Brussels. The European Parliament is just a short walk away and you can easily wander to parks including Parc Léopold and Parc du Cinquantenaire. The area has great transport links and is just 20 minutes away from Grand Place by metro or bus.

What we liked the most

  • It's located in Ixelles, close to loads of shops and amenities.
  • Lidl supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away.
  • You are allowed to smoke and have pets in the property.
