The kitchen and living room are well lit with natural light thanks to large windows which open out onto a balcony and look out onto a beautiful interior courtyard. The apartment has a classic design with wooden floors running through the interior, and modern furnishing creates a character that stays loyal to the city. The property also has a separate study, so if you want to work or do your homework from home you have the perfect space to do it in. This property is great for couples as it is spacious, modern and there is plenty of room for storage so the extra amount of stuff won't be getting on top of you all the time.

The property is located on Rue Joseph Stallaert in Uccle, Brussels, just south of the City Centre. The property is only a 25-minute walk from Universite Libre de Bruxelles, which is perfect for any student that doesn't want to rely on public transport or buy a gym pass.
