This 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Brussels City Center is perfect for families, friends, or couples. The apartment has an open-layout kitchen and living room, which opens up to a balcony, creating a bright and open common area. There is wood flooring combined with colorful artwork and decor. Both bedrooms face the exterior and there is a separate toilet and shower room.

Located just 2 minutes from the Yser metro in the city center, the location can't be beat. The apartment is surrounded by a shopping center, bars, and restaurants, and you even have a large park nearby. If you are a student, you are in luck. The Saint Louis University is less than a 10-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony doors let in plenty of natural light and block out the street noise.
  • The kitchen has a nice breakfast bar with stools.
  • There is under-sink storage in the bathroom.
  • The toilet room and shower are separate – convenient for shared living.
  • The building is handicap accessible.
  • Less than a 10-minute walk away, you have a shopping center, metro, and the Saint Louis University campus.

Things to keep in mind
