This amazing 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Avenue du Vossegat in Uccle. The 10th floor apartment is quite spacious at 75 m², and boasts spectacular views of the city and surrounding countryside from the windows and balcony. The apartment is very modern, stylish, and is well equipped, with everything you will need for a comfortable life as soon as you move in. The piece-de-resistance of the apartment is the big balcony with a small table and chairs, and is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee and and watch the sun rise in the morning.

The location is a quiet, suburban one, in the south of the city, but with fast links to the city centre from the nearby train station. Uccle town centre is just a short walk away from the apartment, and here you can find high street stores, including an H&M, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, and other useful amenities.

What we liked the most

  • The views from the windows and the balcony are stunning.
  • You will have a really well equipped kitchen, with all the mod-cons and lots of food preparation space.
  • The stylish living room has huge windows that let in a lot of light.
  • You will have a bath and shower, so you can choose how to wash for your mood.
  • There is loads of storage space in the bedroom.
  • The nearby town centre will make shopping easy.
  • Transport to the city is just a short walk away and can bring you there quickly.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is an elevator in the building, it will only bring you to the 9th floor, so you will have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to the apartment from there.
