This 95 m², 2-bedroom apartment for rent offers a very elegant home in the heart of Brussels. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment offers spacious rooms in addition to the 50 m² terrace, that comes fully furnished with outdoor seating. There is an open layout kitchen, dining room, and living room, making it easy to entertain and letting the light and air flow. The bathroom is separated into a very large shower room and a stylish toilet room.

The apartment is located in the central neighborhood of Marolles. Marolles is known as a trendy and artistic community full of flea markets and, more importantly, affordable housing. You are surrounded by shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. You are also well-connected to the rest of the city with easy access to buses, trams, and the metro.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has beautiful wooden floor boards, elegant chandelier lighting, and stylish artwork on the walls.
  • The terrace is 50 m² and is furnished with 2 outdoor tables, benches, a BBQ, and plants.
  • The bedrooms comes with larger-than-normal beds: a queen-size bed and a large single bed.
  • The kitchen is fully renovated with a toaster, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, glass dining table, and plenty of storage space.
  • The living room is fully furnished with a sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
  • The bathroom is quite spacious and comes with lots of shelving, a washing machine, dryer, and high ceilings.
  • In less than 10 minutes, you can reach a metro station, tram station, and the Parc de la Porte de Hal.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but the apartment is only on the 1st floor.
