A 56 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Etterbeek in Brussels, allowing pets and smokers. The apartment has a small, but well equipped kitchen, which includes an electric oven and stove, and a dishwasher, as well as all your plates and glasses. The living area is spacious, and has a dining table that can seat 4-6 people, along with a sofa and TV. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom, and has a shower over the bathtub, as well as a couples' washbasin. There is a washing machine, and storage space in the hallway.

Etterbeek is a central neighbourhood and is has a relaxed atmosphere, away from most of the tourist sites but within walking distance or a short Metro connection to other parts of the city. However, it still has plenty to keep you entertained including the Parc du Cinquantenaire park which is only a 9-minute walk from the property, ideal for sunny afternoon strolls. There are lots of local stores nearby, including grocery stores just a minute or two's walk. There are also coffe shops and restaurants in the same area.

What we liked the most

  • Animals are allowed in this property so you could buy a pet to join you in your new home.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • This is a fantastic location for those who want to escape the chaotic city centre but still remain well-connected.
  • You will be living within a very short walk of local amenities and the Metro, which is extremely convenient.
