A 56m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Auderghem in Brussels. The apartment is decorated primarily in white and has lots of windows allowing plenty of natural light so it feels bright and spacious. The living area has a dining table, ideal for dinner parties, as well as two comfortable leather sofas and a flat-screen TV. There is also a small balcony overlooking the street. There are separate bathroom and toilet room, and the bathroom has a shower over the bathtub.

Auderghem is a pleasant district with elegant architecture and a sophisticated and chic atmosphere and is a popular location for expats and their families. It has plenty of parks for you to enjoy as well as some lovely woodland - it is located on the edge of the Forêt de Soignes. Worth a visit too is the Beruck family’s Rouge-Cloître abbey, the Château de la Solitude, the Val Duchesse priory, the Château de Trois-Fontaines and Château Sainte-Anne.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony, although small, is great for a quick breath of fresh air without leaving the comfort of your home
  • There is an open-plan living-area which helps the property to feel spacious and is perfect for socialising.
  • Animals are allowed in this property so you could buy a pet to join you in your new home.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • This is a great location for nature lovers as it is home to some beautiful woodland and many parks, including Parc Domaine du Val Duchesse Hertoginnedal.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no dryer available with this property but there is plenty of space inside or out on the balcony for a rack to dry your clothes.
