Spotahome's opinion
This quiet 2-bedroom apartment with a room to rent on Via Luigi Vestri is located on the 2nd floor. The decor is wonderful and the space has a hip vibe. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room is spacious. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a sunny window that filters natural light into the combined space. And the rest of the room is furnished with a large sofa, dining table and other modern furniture.
San Donato is a neighborhood just north of the city center. In fact, you can walk downtown within a half hour. If you want to get there faster, you’re well connected by buses. There are a few wonderful green spaces close to your new home. Don Bosco Park is a 10-minute walk away. You’re also near a couple of supermarkets, and a gym. Students attending the Alma Mater Studiorum/University of Bologna can walk to class within 20 minutes.
