This modern studio apartment with a double bed and 1 bathroom is for rent on Via dell'Unione in Irnerio. The kitchen, living area and bedroom are open-plan and well-equipped with modern appliances including a TV and microwave. There is also a sofa and table and chairs.
There are several attractions within walking distance including Palazzo Pepoli Campogrande and the Porta San Vitale. There is also a supermarket within a 5-minute walk and a few restaurants nearby.
What we liked the most
- The terrace can be accessed through the living area and is a great place to relax.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an attic studio apartment and the roof is low in some areas.
- The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
- There are no shutters on the windows.
