This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Via delle Moline is spacious and chic. It’s a duplex apartment, which makes it feel extra spacious. Everything from the furnishings to the kitchen appliances and bathroom have a modern look. The equipped kitchen is particularly elegant. It’s more like a compact kitchenette, but the gas stove and stainless steel will make any foodie's heart beat a little faster. There is a bathroom on the main floor, and the living space is furnished with a 6-seat glass dining table and cozy sofa bed. However, there is yet another bathroom and another living area on the second floor, as well as a small terrace.
You don’t have to be a student to head over to the University of Bologna. The Alma Mater Studiorum, founded in 1088, is well worth the 10-minute walk. This isn’t the only tourist sight in the area, either. The historical San Giacomo Maggiore and Metropolitan Cathedral of San Pietro are within an 8-minute walk. It’s not likely you’ll play tourist every day, but you will enjoy the variety of trendy cafés just a few minutes from your door, and maybe more than once a day! The area is abundant with osterias and trattorias, and to cook at home you just need to walk 10 minutes to reach the local hypermarket, which is near the cinema.
