This amazing historic 2-bedroom apartment to rent on the 3rd floor (with elevator) on Via Clavature is filled with natural light and has a modern decor. Renovated in 2010, it is beautifully furnished in a white palette, although the parquet floor adds warmth. An open space, you can cook your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, sit down to dine at the 4-seat table or relax on the elegant chairs to watch TV or lose yourself to the view of the piazza. The bedrooms are elegant, yet cozy. Both have windows, although one has an ensuite bathroom and double bed, while the other has twin beds that can form a double. A second bathroom is as spacious and contemporary as the ensuite, and also has a window.
The gorgeous Palazzo dei Banchi, where your apartment is located, is right on Piazza Maggiore, which puts you at the very heart of Bologna’s historical center. Not only are all the most important landmarks within walking distance, you’ll be able to see most of them from your window! You will still want to explore the streets for yourself, of course, because they are dotted with restaurants, cafés and bars, not to mention fashion stores that you won’t want to miss. There is a Pam Local grocery store just 2 minutes from your door, so you won’t have to go far to find all the essentials.

- Guglielmo Marconi Airport can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes by bus.
