A modern 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent just 5 minutes from the Bologna central train station in the city center. The main room is sunny and spacious, with a small dining table, a double sofa-bed, and gorgeous views to the beautiful street below. The kitchen has all of the essentials, including an oven, a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas stove, and a microwave. The bathroom is clean and bright, with a large shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is located in the Bologna city center, within close walking distance of the train station and many of the city's major historic and cultural points. Around the apartment, you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, as well as lots of public transportation options. Here, you're just steps from the famous Via dell’Indipendenza, as well as the MAMBO museum. You'll find a supermarket nearby on the Via Marconi, as well as pharmacies and lots of shops on the Via dei Mille.

- The living room window has gorgeous views of the antique architecture of the street.
