The bedroom has a double bed, a desk and chair, a television and standalone wardrobe for storage. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and also houses a washing machine. The living room has a sofa that can be folded out into a double bed should the need arise.
The property is a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, within the medieval walls of the city centre and only 10 minutes from the fair. The best, most renowned streets of Bologna city centre are within very easy walking distance. In addition, this is the perfect choice if you want to be close to the University. The supermarket is within walking distance, and along the street you will find banks, the post office and several shops, bars, restaurants and pubs.
