You will be living in Uribarri. It is a pleasant 15-minute walk along the river to Deusto University, and you can cross the Zubizuri bridge to walk into the city centre. The metro should arrive to the area in 2017, and there is also a tram stop 5 minutes' walk away which links to the university and to the Casco Viejo.
