There are spacious and elegant rooms available to rent in this bright 120 m², 4-bedroom apartment between the neighborhoods of Indautxu and Basurto. The apartment is modern and very well-decorated with polished wood flooring and high ceilings. The main common area is the fully equipped kitchen that also receives a lot of natural light. There are 2 full bathrooms to share.
Located between Indautxu and Basturto, the apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city and surrounded by plenty of shops. You are less than a 5-minute walk to multiple bus stops and a train station. You can also find small parks, a cinema, bars, and restaurants less than a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and move-in ready including beautiful artwork and plants.
- Bedroom 1 and 4 come with a private balcony that comes furnished with plants and outdoor seating.
- Bedroom 1 is separated from the rest of the apartment for added privacy.
- All the rooms have their own TV.
- The kitchen has a huge window keeping it filled with natural light.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have a living room, but this allows the rooms to be more spacious.
