This 52 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the central Indautxu district is ideal for both an individual and couple. Most of the apartment's area is taken up by the spacious living room that opens up onto a large terrace. This provides a great place to entertain and relax with views of the city and plenty of fresh air. There is a compact kitchen and full bathroom, and a cozy interior bedroom with a double bed.
Indautxu is the ideal neighborhood if you are looking to live in the city center surrounded by all that Bilbao has to offer. You are minutes away from 2 metro stops, a 15-minute walk to the world-famous Guggenheim, and 10 minutes to the San Mamés football stadium – living here you won't have a chance to be bored. You are also surrounded by all your basic amenities, including grocery stores, banks, and Spanish staples such as Mercadona and El Corte Inglés.
What we liked the most
- Marco the homechecker loved the location and the lovely terrace.
- There are 2 built-in wardrobes for storage.
- Students or professionals have the Deusto Univeristy just 20 minutes away.
