This cool studio apartment to rent on Gärtnerstrasse is on the ground floor. The inviting entrance hall has a place to store your shoes, and there is a sideboard with drawers in the vestibule as well. The door leads to a fabulous and fashionable open-concept room. The double bed and large wardrobe are hidden in a nook. The first thing you’ll spot is the comfy sofa, armchair and TV. The kitchen, which has a bright window, is spacious and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher and a counter table with bar stools. A washing machine is in the bathroom.
Friedrichshain is an eastern Berlin neighborhood with an alternative vibe. Of course, you’re close to traditional things like malls and grocery stores. But, for something off the beaten track, you can head to Graffiti Corner. It’s 10 minutes away and offers a free street art gallery. Your new home is also only 15 minutes from the Spree. The closer you get to the riverfront, the more restaurants and nightclubs you’ll find. You can also check out live events happening at Mercedes-Benz Arena. It’s 20 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The decor is stylish and there is a living and bedroom area.
- The kitchen is cool and comes with a dishwasher.
- There is a large shower and washing machine in the bathroom.
- It’s a quiet studio facing the inner courtyard.
